Faith at work

We gather Monday mornings to worship together and build community across business leaders.

Purpose

Why we gather on Monday mornings

We started this movement because the marketplace needs witnesses. Business leaders shape culture, influence decisions, and touch lives every single day, yet faith often stays locked away in Sunday morning. We believe discipleship happens where people work, where they struggle, where they lead. Monday mornings at 9am in Oviedo, we gather to worship together, to remind ourselves why we do what we do, and to build something real across the lines that usually divide us.

Impact

What happens when we worship together

Monday mornings change people. When business leaders gather to worship, something shifts in how they lead, decide and treat those around them.

For the individual

You remember what matters before the week pulls you in a hundred directions

For your team

Your people see faith lived out by someone they respect, someone who makes real decisions

For the marketplace

Culture shifts when leaders lead from conviction instead of just profit margins.

Journey

How this movement took shape

We started small. A handful of business owners who believed the marketplace needed witnesses. Now we gather weekly in Oviedo, and the movement grows.
